Bellingham Music Centre crosses that boundary between private piano lessons and keyboard lessons at school. The piano and keyboard lessons provided by the centre are of exceptional quality and are a good example of what young musicians are capable of.

The centre is run by a dedicated group of musicians who have all been taught using the same method, group piano tuition. Their conviction is unshakeable and their drive and dedication also exemplary. It is certainly something which children admire whilst learning to play the piano or keyboard as some of their mentors are just a few years older!

All staff at the centre are in the advanced stages of studying The Royal College of Music exam programmes and some of the older staff have been playing for over ten years already. Certainly worth dropping in if you or your child have an interest in studying classical piano or learning to play the keyboard.

If you are thinking of booking lessons or would like more information, you may call the Bellingham Music Centre on 020 8185 7368

If you haven’t been to Bellingham recently, it is still a lively area with a bustling high street. Many cafes and handy local amenities to keep parents busy while the children are having their piano lessons.

Walter de la Mare (1873-1956) was another famous Lewisham resident who was said to live in Brookbank Road in the 1880’s.
